Montenegro declared war on Austria Austria declared war on Russia Serbia on Germany Montenegro on Germany France on Austria Great Britain on Austria Japan declared war on Germany & Austria Austria declared war on Belgium. Russia, Serbia, France and Egypt all declared war on Turkey.

In 1916 Germany declared war on Portugal Austria declared war on Portugal Romania on Austria Italy on Germany Germany on Romania Turkey on Romania Bulgaria on Romania. In 1917 The United States declared war on Germany Panama declared war on Germany Cuba declared war on Germany. Greece declared war on Austria, Bulgaria, Germany & Turkey Siam declared war on Germany and Austria Liberia on Germany and Austria China on Germany and Austria So is there any wonder?
