Sports - 2004 Beverley Annual 10k Race and Fun Run By Mo
On a beautiful, sunny Sunday morning May 16th, I headed off to the Beverley Annual 10k run to capture some photographs and do my best to find a racer who may write about the experience to accompany them. Clearly as it's me writing this I was unsuccessful, maybe next year, so you'll have to put up with my scribbling of the day. Read more...

Sports Rugby League - Hull Suffer At Hands Of Unholy Trinity By Gareth Marshall
At 9:45 on Friday night it was finally confirmed: romance is dead. A win over Wakefield Trinity would not only have allowed Hull to progress further in the end of season play-offs and set up a meeting with Wigan next week, it would also have prolonged the British career of coach Shaun McRae Read more...

12 September 2004 By Matt
Tonight The Stingrays where host to the Guildford Flames in their first game against FBNL opposition and not much has changed since last season. The Stingrays took the lead; the refereeing was awful and yes, Hull then threw the lead away. Kahut opened the scoring for The Flames just before the 10 minute mark Read more...

Sports - Fast Electric Radio Control Model Boats
By Stuart Batley
For some years now I've been going through the motions, like most model enthusiasts do, buying in turn boats, planes, cars, heli's (both IC and electric) but most settle down to one, mine's 'fast electric boats'. I first started by buying an ARTR kit from my local 'Hobby Stores' and then off to the lake and join the club there. On arrival I was taken aback by the speed of some of the hydro type boats, whizzing by. Read more...

Sports - Great Britain v Australia - 15/11/03 KC Stadium
By Nick Quantrill
Wow, this was sport! I'm not normally a huge fan of rugby league. My interest in playing the game ended when I lost a front tooth in a school 'friendly'. Nowadays, I tend to favour games in which you can predict the bounce of the ball. This game was special though; huge even, and what's more, it was being played in Hull by a Great Britain team Read more...
