Whatever the result of this match, we must surely be reminded why football is the game we love, always, throughout the shite and hype, only when a pub of strangers can unite in the communal champagne brought by a stranger. Football like this is the hope that we can strive to help each other when there seems no hope. Let's see if I write like that when Wolves loose on penalties in the play-off final next season.
