Emotions
By Rachel Day

I declare I don't care no-more
I'm burning up and out and
growing Bored, I'm Smoked out
my hair is shagging in my eyes
Dragging my feet to hit the
Streets tonight to Drive along
These shit town lights
I'm not grown up I'm Just
Burning out and I stepped
In the line to walk amongst
the Dead.

Me

I scream in silence
a Sullen Riot penetrating
Through my mind
Waiting for a sign to smash
the silence with the brick of self
Control. Why am I locked up in my
Mind. Did you plan this out?
Am I feeling like a Social
fool without a use?
Scream at me till my eyes
bleed I'm taking drugs Just
for you, I've figured it out
my doubts were someone else's
Point of view, Waking up this time
to smash the silence with a
a brick of self-control.
