You are presently living back in Driffield have you got any assignments on the horizon or are you working from home for time being until another assignment arises? I'm currently in Yorkshire for the next month or two photographing the effect that the flooding of 2007 has had on a group of people in Hull. The number of people who are still living in temporary accommodation and caravans due to poorly managed restoration work is truly unforgivable.

I'm hoping to pitch the photo story to a national newspaper to get more coverage and support for the relief effort. Once I've finished that project I'll be flying back to Canada where I currently live with my girlfriend, a fantastically talented entertainment journalist (well I would say that wouldn't I?) in Toronto. Finally for people interested in you and your work what is the best way to find out more and to keep abreast of future shoots that you become involved in? I have my own homemade gallery online that severely needs a re-design at www.christophermanson.com There are many free online resources that provide the photographer a chance to showcase their work and most of my documentary work is featured on one of them.
