Full Cost Recovery Course

Full Cost Recovery (FCR) means securing funding for, or recovering, all the costs directly associated with a project, such as staff and equipment and an element of each type of overhead cost (indirect costs) which should be allocated on a comprehensive and robust basis. Adopting FCR helps groups properly understand what each activity or project they run costs, and it can also help address problems. Each activity is separated out together with all costs relating to it. Hull Community Accountancy Service will be running courses on Full Cost Recovery in May and June. They will cover:

How FCR differs from budgeting. When you should review apportionment. The triggers for a review. Who should be involved in the process. Book on one of HCAS's half day courses, or the full day course which includes a workshop, to find out all the details.
