Victorian Valentine Hunt at Wilberforce House From Hull City Council Press Office

Come along to Wilberforce House Museum during the half-term holiday and take part in our Victorian Valentine Hunt. There are six original Victorian Valentines hidden in rooms around the Museum for you to find. Each room with a heart on the door has a Valentine hidden in it.

Write your answers and own details on the trail form and all correct entries be entered into the prize draw to win a Museum goody bag! Fun for all the family and a chance for three lucky visitors to win a prize.

Jayne Tyler Keeper of Social History said, "Valentine¹s Day is a great opportunity to take our beautiful collection of Valentine¹s cards out of the stores and put on display in the Museum. The details on some of these cards are amazing really intricate and a great contrast to the modern day Valentine¹s cards we send today. This is a fun trail which can be enjoyed by all the family during half-term week."
