Vaccination Info - Hull - Survey For Parents

Vaccination Info - Hull is a small not-for-profit service provided by Paddy Holdsworth, a Hull parent interested in issues around vaccination and safety. He is organising a survey to compare the health of a vaccinated with a and non-vaccinated group of people.

Paddy is conducting a survey for a university project but also as part of a wider campaign to provide parents with more info about vaccines and potential side-effects.
