CERT Practical Business Courses 2006 - 2007

Dear Voluntary/ Community Groups,
The Community Economic Regeneration Team (CERT) will be running the following Practical Business Courses in Immingham during 2006/7:
Business Planning. Dates: 12/06/06, 05/10/06, 19/10/06, 20/02/07, 12/04/07.
Marketing. Dates: 10/10/06, 08/01/07, 01/02/07, 10/04/07, 07/06/07, 05/07/07.

Bookkeeping and Finance. Dates: 21/11/06, 05/01/07, 05/04/07, 02/08/07.
Management Skills. Dates: 09/01/07, 15/02/07, 17/05/07, 03/08/07.
The above courses are 1 day a week for 5 weeks. Cost: £145

Team Working. Dates: 11/01/07, 15/01/07, 13/08/07, 20/08/07.
Communication in the Workplace. Dates: 14/08/06, 21/08/06, 05/03/07, 12/03/07, 10/08/07, 17/08/07.
Problem Solving and Decision Making. Dates: 07/09/06, 14/09/06, 14/05/07,
21/05/07.
Understanding and Establishing Leadership Styles. Dates: 09/10/06, 16/10/06, 02/07/07, 09/07/07.

Understanding Motivation. Dates: 16/07/07, 23/07/07.
The above courses are 2 days long, 1 day a week for 2 consecutive weeks. Cost: £110

Introduction to Marketing.
Introduction to Business Planning.
Managing Change. Dates: 13/09/06, 04/06/07.
Time Management. Dates: 13/11/06, 06/08/07.
Goal Setting and Seeing Them Through. Dates: 04/12/06.
