Band Biog - Sudden Impact

Sudden Impact is a covers band based in Hull (UK) playing 60s to present and plenty more in between! The 4 piece is made up of: Ian Porter - Lead vocals and guitar Mal Dunn - Bass Pete Christmas - Drums Dave Jessop - Lead guitar and vocals

After getting together by accident in 2005, the band spent time in rehearsal rooms (kindly provided by Shep from Bullets For Teeth) getting a set together before venturing into the world of live playing.

They're now confidently playing the local pub circuit and have even ventured out into other parts of the UK. They've been met with the public's increasing appreciation of live music. The band feel that times are changing and people are moving back to seeing live acts again! Especially if it's in their local and as we play a wide range of stuff, there's something for everyone.
