Jeffron - Dance Reviewed By Steve Rudd

Having started playing the piano at five years old, Jeffron was something of a child prodigy when it came to music, and he is a self-taught guitarist, keyboardist and vocal arranger. After he left school he started to indulge in the twin arts of song production and song arrangement, and he's worked with the high-profile likes of the Sugarbabes, Liberty X and Errol Brown. Now, though, he's trying to make a name for himself on his own grounds and with his own music that is blessed with his divinely soulful voice.

Jeffron is chilled-out and smooth in a similar vein to Craig David, with Dance being Jeffron's debut single, that's taken from his debut album Deliverance. In Dance, Jeffron oozes the soothing charm of Barry White, with this tune being a slow and jazzy ballad that aches with sublime sensuality. It's so seductive that you surely could not fail to lure your loved one to bed if you stealthily put this song on. It's high on both style and substance - but it's more tango-tuned than disco-dazed, before you energetically fling yourself onto the nearest nightclub dancefloor in anticipation.
