The Talks on Tour

The Talks were formed in June 2006, though it was a culmination of 6 months of writing and recording in Lint's sweaty bedroom. Following Jody (Guitar/Vocals) and Lint's (Vocals/Guitar) progression through series of other bands and a mutual love of 70's Punk, Ska, Reggae and the burgeoning New Indie they decided to start The Talks, enlisting the talents of Iain on bass Guitar and Titch on Drums.

In July the band embarked on their mission to take their music to the people with the creation of a Myspace profile, that has garnered some impressive statistics to date with over 2,500 friends and 8,000 plays in just three months. The band are now about to embark on their debut tour after receiving such positive feedback from industry and Myspace friends alike. This is a band to watch without a doubt.
