Kids, Game Reviews
X-Men Legends
By Stephen Bielby

X-Men Legends is a very good action comic style game! If I had to rate this game on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd have to give it a 9. This is because it is a comic action game. If action is your cup of tea then Halo 2 is the game for you.

X-Men Legends! (Pictured Right) is really good value for £37.99 from Gamestation Stores.

This game is fierce in a way that no other comic style game has been made. X-Men Legends lets the player command a team of 4 selected X-men from a selection of more than 15 X-Men.
Choose your team, upgrade each character and jump straight into the next battle. In my team of X-Men I have Wolverine, Cyclops and 2 other characters. All the characters are changeable during missions. If a character dies during a mission then all you have to do is go to the X-Traction point and bring them back to life by spending the collected gold & silver orbs and then add them to the team again and then carry on playing.. simple as that!

Or is it?
Not really! This game is about fighting the forces of evil, which are commanded by none other than Magneto the mutant who can make metals change their shape or use metals to throw. The X-Men have to stop them from doing bad things to the world of Humans and Mutants alike.

The evil side wants to capture mutants that don't really know that they are mutants so they can turn them into evil mutants and train them to be stronger powerful enemies.
This must be stopped and the evil side destroyed.. the Humans don't want to help the X-Men destroy Magneto and his band of villains. So who will destroy Magneto and the rest of them? Of course the X-Men have to. All by themselves!
Some of the best parts of the game are exploring Xaviers (Leader of the good mutants) mansion like the gardens, inside the mansion and also the subbasement, which houses the labs and the all-powerful machine Cerebero.

Lots of action and nearly always out numbered like 4 X-Men against 10 enemies. If your lucky you'll get a boss! Joke.. you'll get a few of them but as a tip use wolverine the most!!

If action is your cup of tea then Halo 2 is the game for you. Unfortunately as far as I know the Limited Collectors Edition of Halo 2 Read more...
