Do Computer Games make you Violent? By Naean age 11.

This is a matter that worries parents everywhere. Every time a shooting has occurred by children, such as the ones that have happened in American schools, people start to ask this question.

For example : one particular game called 'Grand Theft Auto' has been blamed as children have been said to copy it. This game involves :    Shooting people and vehicles    Stealing cars, vehicles and tanks, and blowing them up

Running people over and punching them    Working with gangsters and completing jobs for money. This game is quite graphic and shows lots of blood.

The latest collection of Grand Theft Auto is Grand Theft Auto Vice City. This is the most violent one so far. Lots of children my age play it at home regardless that it is classified as an 18. Personally I like it because it's fun to play. I would strongly advise naturally violent people not to play it or buy it because of the high level of violence it contains. It may also persuade them to act it out in real life, which is a big danger to others.

Because I am not a naturally violent person I am able to play it and not act it out in real life. In my opinion it depends who plays the game and this game is NOT to be blamed. What's your opinion? What do you think? Write in and tell us!
