HIHAC is an independent charity based in Hull and provides free, confidential specialist advice to anyone experiencing housing problems.

For this post, they are looking for an experienced administrator, someone with a wide experience of working with Word and Access gained over a period of at least 2 years and minimum of RSA II/NVQ or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self disciplined and committed person with a mature outlook. They will also be someone who can be flexible, adaptable and able to multi task within various admin duties. The ideal candidate will also have excellent telephone skills, time management and be able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life
