Administration Assistant For Bransholme Enterprises - Closing Date : Friday 9th February 2007.- Vacancy Filled
|
Bransholme Enterprises are seeking an administration assistant to assist the Enterprise Manager, Development Officer, and Business Advisor with general administrative duties, accounts, and clerical support as required.
The post reference is BMS 02. Hours are 28 per week (flexible). Salary up to £8,792 per annum. Contract is fixed term until December 2007 (renewable dependent on funding availability).

The successful candidate will be required to:
-
Maintain databases relating to the Pact Secretariat and the Bransholme Community Alliance
-
Collate information/statistics to assist in the preparation of work programmes and reports
-
Contribute to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the projects by ensuring appropriate administrative systems are in place
-
Prepare information for press releases and media coverage
-
Book facilities, raise and issue orders from requisitions on behalf of the Development Officer, Business Advisor and the Enterprise Manager
|

Set up and maintain confidential filing systems for participants and projects
-
Produce agendas and minutes for meetings and produce associated documentation in both written and typed form as directed

Answer telephones and direct queries to appropriate personnel; take messages and deliver them appropriately
|
Applicants will have gained relevant experience within an Administrative role using Microsoft Office Databases and Spreadsheets, Word, and Excel. RSA 1 Typing or equivalent is essential, and NVQ Level 2 Business Management or Admin is desirable. CRB Disclosure will be requested in the event of an individual being offered the position.
