PA To The Archdeacon Of The East Riding - Closing Date : Midday Friday 15th December 06 - Vacancy Filled
|
A vacancy has arisen for a Personal Assistant to the Archdeacon of the East Riding.
Based in Beverley, the post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative, secretarial and support service to the Archdeacon. This is an interesting and varied role which will ensure that the Archdeacon's office is run efficiently and be a first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries.
Salary is £16,800 pro rata (0.40 - 0.43 FTE). Part-time (14 - 15 hours per week). Preferred start date: February 2007.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and IT skills and be confident working on their own initiative. An understanding of the workings of the Church of England, although not essential, would be advantageous.
