Picture Framing Manager For Cupola Gallery, Sheffield- Vacancy Filled
|
I am looking for a temporary full time picture framing manager for Cupola Gallery, due to the rapid expansion of Cupola framing, which is the picture framing business attached to the gallery.
Cupola Contemporary Art comprises Cupola Gallery established in Sheffield 1991,
and Cupola Framing established as a separate trading arm in 2005.
A complete re-structure for Cupola Framing will take place in January 2007,
but until that time the post of manager of Cupola Framing is urgently needed.

The post will be a temporary contract from now until December 31st 2006 with the possibility of a permanent position after a review in January 2007.
|
|
Job Description: To be fully responsible for the general management and day to day operations of a quality bespoke picture framers.
Responsibilities: Front of house duties including customer service and sales, systems management and administration.
Stock management - picture framing supplies and sundry sales (including
posters and prints)
Marketing (in conjunction with the gallery director)
|
|
Management of staff and volunteers.
|
Responsible to: Karen Sherwood - Managing Director
Wage : 15,000 Pro rata
Full time - 40 hours per week (5 days)
