Hull Film Trailer Coordinators Urgently Needed- Vacancy Filled
|
Hull Film is urgently seeking two Trailer Coordinators for the 5th Hull
International Short Film Festival (27th - 30th September).
As part of this year's festival, there will be five shipping containers in different
parts of the city which will be showing a wide variety of short films and be open to
the public for free.
Hull Film requires coordinators for two of these trailers to be responsible for setting up,
staying with and packing away the equipment each day.
This is a freelance paid position, with coordinators being paid £120 for working all
four days of the festival, from Wednesday 27th to Saturday 30th September.
|
|
|
Working hours are 10.30am-5pm, with the trailers being open from 11am-5pm.
|
|
The Trailer Coordinators should have a car as they will be responsible for picking up
projection equipment and taking it to the shipping container to set up.
Coordinators will then stay with the trailer/shipping container all day and make sure
other volunteers turn up to invigilate the work inside. On an evening Coordinators
will be expected to close the Trailer at 5pm, pack up and take the equipment to a safe hold nearby.
The Trailer Coordinators will be supported by the technical coordinator, Community Wardens
and local police.
