Music Works Project Co-ordinator - Closing Date : 4th September 2006- Vacancy Filled

Hull CVS, the umbrella body for voluntary and community organisations in Hull,
is recruiting a Music Works in Hull Project Co-ordinator (Temporary to cover maternity leave). The post is part-time, 20 hours a week. NJC Scale 6 point 26 (£20 895) pro rata, plus 10% pension contribution.
Hull CVS welcomes applications from candidates seeking secondment opportunities. Please note: This post is NOT open to job share.
Based at premises on Ainthorpe Primary School, the postholder will coordinate
the successful Music Works in Hull project, organising and promoting informal music sessions in the city's Community Target Areas.

The successful applicant will have experience of:
-
organising events/workshops
-
networking with both voluntary and statutory bodies
-
monitoring outputs
-
managing budgets
-
an understanding of possible barriers to learning and how to overcome them.
Closing date for applications is 12 noon on 4th September 2006.
