Coming Wednesday 18th August - Community It's a Knockout - Voices in Play

Voices in Play Community It's a Knockout is all set for Wednesday August 18th 2004
from 10 am till 4pm on Princess Elizabeth Playing Fields HU6 (off Beverley Road
between Humber Pub and Tesco).
Companies have donated sponsorship and support in return for publicity which has
enabled us to re-buy Medals that were given out at the last event on June 3rd .
These companies include:

Cottingham Parks Golf & Country Club, Fitness First, Boothferry Trophies,
The Dressing Up Box (Newland Avenue)
Donations from the last event have also been held. These include, Timeless Memorials,
Bargain Booze, JJ Pet Supplies, UIC, Sure Start, Brian Tunley Plumbing, Occassion Balloons,
County Wise Water, Humberside Police, Volcom, Hull Doc Community Chest,
Northern Area Team Community Grant,

The It's a Knockout event would not happen without the continued support of
Hull City Council Parks & Gardens Department and all the HU6 residents
young and old who have had input to the organisation of all Voices in Play
events throughout the summer holidays.

in East Hull, at the Partners 4 Change (Hull DOC) base in St. Marks church on Ings Estate.
Every Wednesday and Thursday between 2pm and 4pm, the young people of East Hull
can get to grips with the digital world.

people from Ings Estate, in East Hull.
Through 10 weeks of workshops, facilitated by Creative Play, the group who aged from as

I went to Fisher Park to make a film and take photographs of the local area.
I think that the graffiti on Fisher park 'sucks' because graffiti is horrible. It makes the area look worse than it already is.
I like living on Orchard Park, but it doesn't look very nice. The older youths in the area make it worse with all the graffiti they spray all over the place.
