Coming Wednesday 18th August - Community It's a Knockout - Voices in Play By Tricia Beacock

Voices in Play Community It's a Knockout is all set for Wednesday August 18th 2004 from 10 am till 4pm on Princess Elizabeth Playing Fields HU6 (off Beverley Road between Humber Pub and Tesco). Companies have donated sponsorship and support in return for publicity which has enabled us to re-buy Medals that were given out at the last event on June 3rd . These companies include:

Cottingham Parks Golf & Country Club, Fitness First, Boothferry Trophies, The Dressing Up Box (Newland Avenue) Donations from the last event have also been held. These include, Timeless Memorials, Bargain Booze, JJ Pet Supplies, UIC, Sure Start, Brian Tunley Plumbing, Occassion Balloons, County Wise Water, Humberside Police, Volcom, Hull Doc Community Chest, Northern Area Team Community Grant,

The It's a Knockout event would not happen without the continued support of Hull City Council Parks & Gardens Department and all the HU6 residents young and old who have had input to the organisation of all Voices in Play events throughout the summer holidays.
