Capoeira Workshops in Hull at the Spring Bank Community Centre
|
Kingston Capoeira present a series of 5 Capoeira workshops in Hull, taught by the brilliant
teacher, Mestre Valdir da Silva (of Capoeira Conviver, Santos, Brazil).
Capoeira is an exciting mix of African-Brazilian movement and non-contact martial arts.
Combining graceful movement and music, these fun sessions are also a great workout,
which will leave you feeling uplifted and energised. Suitable for everyone, at any
level, and definitely not to be missed! Please wear loose comfortable clothing.

workers earlier this year to explore some of the issues that prevent parents from talking to their children about sexual health.

On the 10th May The Yorkshire Post reported Leeds University given go-ahead for open field trial
of GM potato crop.
The potatoes have had their genes tweaked by Professor Howard Atkinson to give them resistance to a parasite.
The move was announced yesterday by the Department of Environment, Farming and Rural Affairs (Defra), headed
by Leeds MP Hilary Benn.
