Friday 9th February 07 - A Fairer World For All - A Discussion with The Rt Hon Hilary Benn at The Octagon

Presented by Goodwin LINK, Diana Johnson MP invites you to the A fairer world for all meeting with Hilary Benn, International Development Secretary at The Octagon on Friday, 9th February 2007 from 6.30pm.
With this year's commemorations of William Wilberforce's fight against slavery and Hull's more recent record as a fair trade city, this is a great time to welcome the International Development Secretary to the city to discuss trade, debt relief, climate change, human rights and a range of other development issues: Diana Johnson MP
The evening will start with exhibition displays from a variety of agencies followed by Hilary Benn speaking on A fairer world for all followed by a question and answer session.
