Yoga Classes for Beginners and Near Beginners

Every Wednesday afternoon from 1pm till 3pm at the Mitchell Community Centre, Goodrich Close, Fountain Road (Off Beverley Road) Hull. There is a one-off registration fee of £3.00, then the remainder of the course is free (9 weeks remaining). Please bring a blanket and loose-fitting clothes, preferably track-suit type trousers. Bring your breath, some patience and a little determination and self-belief. Yoga will do the rest.
