June Events with Dove House Hospice

Dove House Hospice are holding two fundraising events in June: the first is a Country and Western Hoedown on Saturday 3rd June, Dove House Hospice, Chamberlain Road 12 - 4pm. The entertainment includes line dancing, live performances from country and western singers, challenges and lots more. There will be also be a Hog Roast, barbecue and bar! Tickets are £5, which includes the Hog Roast.

The second event is a Midsummer Spectacular on Saturday 24th June, Driffield Showground. Gates open 6pm, show starts 7.30pm. This 'Last Night of the Proms' style concert will star the world famous Grimethorpe Colliery Band! There will also be an amazing firework display, and you're encouraged to bring your own picnic. 50% of all proceeds will go to Dove House and 50% to McMillan Cancer Relief. Tickets are available from all Dove House shops, as well as the hospice reception and Hull City Hall booking office. Early booking prices are £10 for adults, £6 for concessions and £30 for a family ticket.
