Friday 16th June 06 - Celebrity Memorabilia Auction at The Bull, Beverley Road 8pm
|
On Friday 16th June 2006, a celebrity memorabilia auction will take place in the Bull pub on
Beverley Road at 8pm.
All proceeds of the night will go to the Pavilion Dads Club in Hull, to purchase new equipment
for the children who attend Dads Club on Saturday mornings at the Pavilion in Pearson Park
The items for auction all come directly from the sets of Coronation Street and Emmerdale.
Some of the items were one-off specially commissioned pieces. Also included is the shirt
that Johnny Briggs (Mike Baldwin) wore the night he died on Corrie.
All come with full authentication from Granada TV. Admission is £2 on the door.

Yesterday was a very special day. Around five o'clock on Thursday evening, I was listening to
The Beautiful South sound check.
The hall was a hive of activity with technicians climbing rope ladders to the gantries,
erecting barriers at the front of the hall, and making ready for the first TBS gig
at the city centre venue for over 16 years.
