Saturday 12th March 05 - R3ToX at Club 7, Selby

Club 7 (Ousegate, Selby) will host the next installment of R3ToX .

This will be an extra special event as the whole of the club has been left to the control of two of Yorkshires finest record labels. Following the massive success of the Pure Techno Special Event back in September of last year, Mark Turner and Wilko aka Ignition Technician return to Club Seven.

This time they bring their third member of the Player Records crew, John Nuccle. John will be performing an exclusive live set, alongside the DJ sets of Mark and Wilko.

They bring with them their own unique style of both funky and tough hip-hop infused techno. Player Records was born through the success of arguably the UK's best techno night, The Orbit. Player Records have established themselves as one of the biggest names in the UK techno scene and indeed one of the worlds most respected organizations. It is no surprise they are indeed known as The Infamous PLAYER.

To complement this mouth-watering menu of cutting edge techno we have the Confi-Dance records outfit in room two, Tony Reader and Bren Kehoe. Still an up-and-coming label, they have a number of successful releases to their name, some of which have found their way in to the record boxes of Sash, Digweed and Jonathan Lisle to name a few.

They've also been selected to appear on the world renowned Renaissance CD series.

Rest assured it will be non-stop quality house music ranging from deep progressive to tough tribal beats. With both guys living and working in Selby I'm sure this will be an extra special occasion for them both and for all those that take part in the experience.

The door price stands at £7 with advance tickets going on sale at Club Seven priced at £5 and at many good record shops including:
