Saturday 5th March 05 - The Morphines at YoYo at The Welly

This Saturday at The Welly Club, the Yo-Yo Indie night, Hull presents favourite band of Dominic Masters (The Others), The Morphines. In his words; ... I was totally into listening to them, I will go on record to say I thought they are really special, they have definitely got something about them, it was like finding treasure, really shocked in a good way to see such determination of delivery from the band. So I was dead happy. The band, whose music is tainted by The Clash, Joy Divison, The Sex Pistols and all sorts, will take to the stage at 11pm followed by DJ Priya till 3am.

The Morphines return to Yo-Yo after recently saying that supporting The Babyshambles and The Paddingtons at Yo-Yo on 14th August 2004 was their best moment since forming the band.
