Sunday 12th June - Hunsley Acoustic Music presents Midsummer Music Madness at Ionians Rugby Club, Brantingham Park, Elloughton, 3pm - 10.45pm

It's that time of year again - Hunsley Acoustic Music is holding its annual bash in the Marquee at Ionians Rugby Club, Brantingham Park. This year sees an eclectic range of live artistes from blues, folk, and world music to contemporary singer-songwriters. Kicking off will be the brilliant Cara, playing Celtic influenced blues. To conclude the evening will be the ever popular Stony, with their unique take on well known tracks as well as their own inspired material.

The other artists making an appearance will include: Loose Covers, a blend of country rock, originals and rhythm 'n' blues covers. Helen Brown, singing originals and covers, including the likes of Joni Mitchell. The Paul Meehan Band, playing covers including Elvis Costello and their own folk-rock influenced material.

O'Donnell and Bird, performing original tracks as well as covers from the likes of Mary Black etc. Hidden Agenda, a talented new young band playing blues covers and originals.

Also rumoured to be appearing is the quirky and original singer-songwriter Becky Mills - not to be missed. And watch out for a certain mystery bagpiper who might be coming along too... Tickets for this event are £10 each with concessions for students, senior citizens and the unemployed. Children go free. There will also be a Barbecue and Bar, Open Mic session, Raffles and a Promises Auction.
