The First Ever Yo-Yo Indie Night New Years Eve Party! Presented by yo-yo promotions and the Yo-Yo movement

This year on New Years Eve lucky punters will be treated to the 1st ever Yo-Yo Indie night New Year party! It will be held at The Welly club on Beverley Road and will feature a wealth of attractions. On the decks will be DJ Priya and Andrew Yo-Yo co founder and resident of Yo-Yo Hulls sister night - Yo-Yo Lincoln.

Music for the night will be the usual mix of cutting edge Indie tunes as well as a corking Indie greatest hits set from midnight to welcome in 2004 with a bang.Party goers can also expect give-aways, full decor, huge video wall, champagne slammers and special effects.

Yo-Yo organisers Priya and Andrew Coe said "Well yo-yo is now in its 9th year and we've never got round to doing a New Year party. We have always had loads of people asking us to do one, more so this year than ever before. And judging by the interest in this Yo-Yo party it's going to be massive."

In 2004 from Saturday January the 10th Yo-Yo will continue its weekly slot upstairs in the Welly club with a couple of exiting additions to the night. The first Saturday in the month will feature The YO-YO LIVE LAB featuring a half hour set from the finest national and local indie bands.

Dj Priya will also be joined by a Superstar Indie Dj who will be joining as a monthly resident at the night. His name will be revealed in the New Year, rest assured it will be a major star.

Also following its success at The Lamp, Blunt Food will be providing healthy fast food for the Yo-Yo crowd every week. 	Young local artist Jason Karlson has organised a brand new n event to give local live artistes a chance to perform in public. The first of his Sunday evening 'open mic' type gatherings will be 14th December.
