Coming Up Tsunami Benefit Aid
An Unsigned Band Aid for all those feeling charitable
By Steve Rudd

Duncan Buchanan, from Midlands band Tybalt, is wanting bands to get in touch with him should they be interested in contributing a song of theirs to a charity album that he is admirably spearheading with the band.

Appalled by the Indian Ocean tragedy that stunned the world over the Christmas period, the huge-hearted Tybalt lads have been motivated to get a bunch of unsigned bands' tunes together in the hope of raising some cash to contribute to the aid appeal.
So, if any of the bands in Hull and the surrounding area have a song that they would like to contribute to this project, could they please get in touch with Duncan as soon as humanly possible by e-mailing him via tybaltcentral@hotmail.com to highlight their interest.
If you are in a band and would like to send a CD or a specific track for potential inclusion on the album, then this is Duncan's address:
DUNCAN BUCHANAN, 25 MOGUL LANE, HALESOWEN, WEST MIDLANDS, B63 2QQ.
All that is asked of the bands who submit a song is that they send £5 to help cover the cost of producing the run of CDs, and all profits made from the CDs will go directly to the Red Cross.

Obviously the more bands that get involved the better, and the more money will be raised in the long run, with the aim being to raise in the region of £1000.
The finished products will then be available to buy on the internet at http://www.purposebuiltrecords.com , as well as at various Tybalt gigs, and hopefully at a select few Virgin Megastores in the Birmingham area.
If you are interested in getting involved, please don't hesitate to get in touch with Duncan for more information if you so desire it.

After all, charity doesn't always have to start at home. Charity, without fail, should start wherever it's needed the most.
