Christmas with Crack Town

The salivating two-headed Rock Beast that is Crack town with be jingling their Christmas bells at the Lamp on Wednesday the 17th of December, when they present their 1st Xmas extravaganza 'A Crack Town Carol'. For those not in the loop, Crack town are the hottest two-piece band on the Hull Gig Circuit at moment, and their unique brand of Acid Blues Folk has moistened the britches of many a music loving punter.

They'll be joined at this Festive Orgy by the frothing cream of Hulls local Talent, Johnny Zeus, The Harry Watts Band, Cowfish and Yol, four names that I'm sure will be on the tip of you're sexy tongues after you've licked the spoons dry at this Dirty Musical Feast Crack Town's mythical Members, King Rat and the Silver Fox were unavailable for comment due to various injunctions and court orders, but I did manage to speak to their chief Groupie, Elsie Creek who was sweating with excitement at the prospect of dipping her polished fingers into the bands Christmas Stocking.

" Crack town are the best band ever!!" she exclaimed " If it wasn't for the rumour that they are responsible for the recent outbreak of genital herpies in the Hull Area, I'd let them smear me in Brandy butter and ravish my body like a char grilled Turkey Leg " So dear Readers, take my sound advice and get your beautiful butts down to the Lamp and swallow a mouthful of Crack Town's musical nectar.

Coming Up - Live and Kicking - Sound - at Jaz Café Bar, 41 Lowgate, Hull Sundays 6pm - 10.30pm
	Young local artist Jason Karlson has organised a brand new n event to give local live artistes a chance to perform in public. The first of his Sunday evening 'open mic' type gatherings will be 14th December. I asked Jason about the event and he said, Basically the gig is to try and promote more new music and creativity in Hull by giving people a stage on which to present thier material for free. Aircraft and Airshows - The Yorkshire Airshow - Elvington 2003 By Tony

What a pleasure to be here for 2 days (24th - 25th August)! We were fully entertained with a diverse mix of aircraft. Both days of the flying program opened with the superb Red Arrows. Unfortunately, on the first day they had to abort their display for safety reasons when three light aircraft strayed in to the six mile display zone.
