Volunteering Vacancies for Architecture Week 07

arc is the Architecture Centre for Hull and the Humber Region. They promote good quality design through learning, exhibitions and events for everyone from school pupils to community members. Architecture Week is the annual, national celebration of everything to do with architecture - the buildings and places that we live, work and play in. Reliable and lively people are needed to become a volunteer team for Architecture Week, June 2007. Volunteers will need to represent arc in a positive and responsible manner, and expenses will be reimbursed. Volunteering opportunities are as follows: Site Words team - to work on the street, to talk to the public and get people involved in the project Running an informal, basic café/ reception at arc

Site Words events: Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th June Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th June Architecture Week Reception & Café: 15th, 18th, 20th, 22nd June Preparation and general help needed: From Thursday 8th - Thursday 15th June.
